Nocturnal expedition - Colombia

This gallery presents photographs captured during nighttime explorations deep in the Colombian rainforest, documenting the hidden life that awakens after sunset. When darkness falls, the forest transforms. The familiar sounds of the day fade away, replaced by the chorus of frogs, insects, and unseen creatures calling from the shadows. Exploring the jungle at night feels like stepping into another world, mysterious and alive. With a new macro setup, we searched for hidden wonders: colorful frogs, camouflaged insects, sleeping lizards, and resting snakes. These images offer just a glimpse of that unforgettable venture. The journey through these wild places is far from over.
